We are seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various insurance products to prospective and current customers, including but not limited to auto, home, life, banking products and support setting appointments for financial service investment products.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, hustle mentality, excellent communication, interpersonal skills and have a passion for helping others by cultivating long-standing relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Outbound and Inbound calls, multi-lining. networking, generating leads, cold calling, and referrals to close sales
  • Follow up with generated leads on inquiries to close sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customers’ questions, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and achieve office objectives.
  • Maintain a clear process for logging interactions, appointments and next steps within the sales force system. 
  • Track goals process and create strategic plans on how to execute and meet objectives. 
Experience:
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and hustle mentality 
  • Insurance licenses: Property & Casualty, Life & Health
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

  • Hourly base pay (tiered increases based on milestones)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
